Designed by Ib Kofod Larsen (1921 - 2003) for their upmarket ‘Danish Range’ produced by G Plan in the early 1960’s
The Model 4060 sideboard/credenza was made from teak with beautiful Bombay rosewood handles. The classical simplicity of the design is Kofod Larsen at his best and features his trademark ‘split’ handles
The interior comprises of a right handed central shelved cupboard, the left hand cupboard has a removable cocktail tray plus three further drawers and shelf. The original gold G Plan stamp is on the base of one of the drawers. It sits on an elegant frame with curved supports
As can be seen from the photographs this item is in excellent vintage condition, there will always be the odd scratch, mark etc but there is nothing of any significance at all. Otherwise there are no repairs and no damage
