Our delivery charges are £4.95 for orders under £50, £9.95 for orders up to £100 and for orders over £100, delivery is free.
We aim to dispatch your order within 24 hours. Delivery will take approximately 2-5 additional days to arrive within mainland UK.
Depending on the size, weight and value of your order, delivery will be made by either Royal Mail or courier. Deliveries are made between 9 am and 5 pm, Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays) Saturdays and Sundays are not classed as working days.
All orders need to be signed for at delivery. We recommend you use a delivery address where there will be someone to receive your parcel. If no one is available to accept the delivery at the delivery address, the driver should leave a card with information on arranging re-delivery or collection. They will attempt to deliver three times before returning the parcel to us. Please note if a parcel is returned to us due to non-collection, postage will be charged to re-deliver your order.
Next-day delivery is sometimes possible if we receive your order early enough and the service is available to your postcode at a reasonable cost. If next day delivery is required please contact us.
PLEASE NOTE THE ABOVE POSTAGE EXCLUDES OUR LARGER VINTAGE ITEMS. Please contact us if you wish to purchase one of these items and we will send you a quote within 48 hours.
There are some UK postcodes (e.g. Scottish Highlands and Islands, Scilly Isles, Channel Islands, I.o.M, and N. Ireland) where delivery is more costly for certain items. If you live in one of these areas or for international delivery please contact us for a postage quote.
At the moment we do not deliver outside of the UK or to the Channel Islands.
We apologise that this cannot be managed automatically but we are a small company and cannot do this at the moment.
In the (hopefully) unlikely event that you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we realise there may be certain occasions that you wish to return them.
Items may be returned within 14 days of the date of purchase, provided that the goods are in their original packaging, and they are in the same saleable condition, in which you received them. Once the goods have been received back in said condition, a full refund will be given, minus the original postage costs. The return postage costs will be borne by the customer. Please note, any items returned to us for a refund must be packaged accordingly, so that they arrive with us undamaged & in their original condition. Failure to comply with this, may result in your refund being refused. We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost, during transit. With that in mind, we recommend all packages are sent recorded with insurance.
